Poonam Chand Malani (72 Years): The father figure and source of inspiration. His rich experience has helped the company learn the art of doing things economically with great returns. Arranging finance when the company has no background is specially tough. Other members of NCS never even knew how it all was managed. He had been instrumental in bringing discipline of all nature in the organization otherwise driven by young blood. NCS forms a small part of his business life, as he continues backing up other projects taken up by youngsters
Manohar Malani (36 Years): An Engineer in Instrumentation from University of Pune. Always a bright student and gold medalist but was always interested in doing something big in business rather than opting for a cozy job. He has been instrumental in establishing the whole marketing and support base of Quick Heal since 1994 through 2002 before he handed over the charge for others to carry on and focus on other interests. His presence and vision are the chief catalyst of growth at NCS. His expertise include: Marketing, Excellent Speaker and trainer, Strong Motivator and team builder, Expertise in understanding the flow and direction of technology, experience of establishing business in almost all parts of the country. Also understand finance and accounts very well. Overall an all-rounder and an excellent business leader.
His another big project and involvement is “Sarvodya Vipanan India Pvt Ltd”, Nagpur which was started in late 2002 for focus into the business of Organic. After market research and analysis, it has tied up with research company Maxeema Biotech Pvt Ltd., Ahmedabad for exclusive marketing of their “100% certified organic crop care products”. Sarvodaya is focusing on establishing a chain of specialist stores on Organic Crop Care.
Manmohan Malani (41 Years): An homeopath doctor by profession who has chosen to be into business rather than profession. He has across the years developed a good knack at accounts and taxation and handles that for the company.
He is also associated with another partnership business (SSI unit) “New Commercial Agencies” which manufatures and sells “Poly Pallets”. It has gone through it’s market development and testing phase and is scheduled to move into big manufacturing by the start of next year. Though the current turnover is only 40 Lakhs per annum, it is slated to do a turnover of over 5 Crore in next year.
Rajkumar Damani (42 Years): A commerce graduate and the most experienced hand in the marketing of Quick Heal. Associated since the inception of the company, and has terrific market contact. A street fighter and an example of the adage “appearances are deceptive”. Holds the portfolio of Marketing Director. Leads the team from the front and even today ensures that he explore and creates new market himself regularly. This keeps the team motivated to go to unexplored markets and work hard.
Sandeep Tambi (33 Years): A commerce graduate who found text books rather dull. Learned technical skiils at APTECH and joined there as a faculty for high end courses. Later realized the importance of studies and completed his Master’s in Computer Application. Joined NCS as technical head and then moved on to become Director–Business Development. His understanding of technology and knack of developing relationship makes him ideal for creating new opportunities. He also shares the responsibilities of delivering training, seminars to channel partners and customers. With now 10 years of experience in the field of IT security he is also instrumental in creating market for new and niche products dealt by NCS.
